Commission Policy

# Hobbieness Commission And Refund Policy

Effective date: Replace before launch.

## Commission Briefs

Each commission should define scope, deliverables, budget, usage rights, deadline, reference materials, revision limits, file format, shipping requirements when applicable, and cancellation terms.

## Escrow

Client funds should be held by the payment provider until the agreed milestone or final delivery is approved. Hobbieness should show clear status for funded, in progress, awaiting approval, released, refunded, and disputed payments.

## Revisions

Creators should list included revisions before accepting work. Extra revisions, scope changes, rush fees, commercial rights, and shipping should require written approval.

## Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on project stage, creator work already completed, custom material costs, and the agreed brief. Digital custom work may have limited refund rights once approved or delivered.

## Disputes

Clients and creators should first resolve issues in messages. If unresolved, either party can open a dispute. Hobbieness may review the brief, messages, uploads, delivery evidence, milestone history, and payment status.

## Prohibited Commission Work

Hobbieness may reject commissions involving illegal content, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, dangerous instructions, counterfeit goods, infringement, or attempts to move payment off-platform.
